Store Supervisor – Ref: 20260987 – Full time – 38.75 hours per week, including Saturdays. Job Overview As a Store Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager by leading day‑to‑day operations, driving sales, and coaching colleagues. You will act as a health and wellness role model, completing specialist training to advise customers and maintain exceptional retail standards. Key Responsibilities Advise customers on vitamins, supplements, and wellness products. Complete the company’s 'Qualified to Advise' and 'Healthy Expert' training. Assist Manager with staff rotas, training, and managing performance. Drive store sales with KPI and targets. Oversee stock management, deliveries, visual merchandising, and compliance with strict health and safety policies.
