Commission Sales AssociateProactively greet customers professionallyDevelop lasting customer relationships by treating customers with courtesyConduct follow-up customer communicationSell tile and related products to exceed customer expectationsUnderstand installation and use of all products to educate customersUnderstand and track established individual sales goalsTrack store orders and provide customers with product updatesPresent yourself in a professional manner at all times**45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structureStrong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectationsExcellent people personWork well in a fast paced, commission sales environmentOpen to learning and growing independently and from feedbackWork well under high pressure, ability to multi taskDetail oriented and highly organizedSense of Design: various styles, colors, and texturesBasic mathematical and computer skillsAbility to read, write, and speak in EnglishAt The Tile Shop, we are committed to developing the WHOLE you, not just the WORK you.
