Front Desk Lead

The Front Desk Lead at Rosen Hotels & Resorts assists the Front Desk Supervisor with daily front desk operations. They act assupervisors to all front desk agents, assist with handling complaints, and oversee employee and guest interactions in accordance withCompany Standards. Responsibilities Assist the Front Desk Supervisor in daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient check-ins and check-outs. Act as a supervisor to all front desk agents, providing guidance and support in guest interactions. Address and resolve guest complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Oversee employee and guest interactions, interceding when necessary to maintain professionalism and guest service. Stand, walk, and lift for extended periods during the shift to manage front desk activities effectively. Effectively communicate both orally and in writing with staff and the general public. Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and technology usage to facilitate front desk tasks. Comply with the company’s drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policy. All other duties as assigned. Experience / Qualifications Must have at least 6 months of front desk experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. infrequently Must be able to legally work in the USA. Education and Certification(s)/License(s) High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
