As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Communications in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. You will support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors while responding to concerns with professionalism and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, entry points, and the surrounding property perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report observations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner in accordance with site procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe individuals entering or leaving the property, reporting suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
