Onsite position BancFirst, Harrah 19979 NE 23rd Rd St Harrah, OK 73045 HOURS: Full Time Essential Duties and Responsibilities Obtain and develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio Construction, Commercial, Commercial Real Estate, Consumer, and Consumer Real Estate Loans Promote BancFirst services through cross selling banking products to new and existing clientele Participation in various community and public events Consistent execution of policies and procedures Extraordinary customer service at all times Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position Requirements Bachelor Degree required (Business major or Formal Credit training preferred) Minimum 3-5 years of lending experience Experience in negotiating loan workouts and asset liquidations Must have ability to analyze complex financial data and write detailed credit memorandums Must have current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements including, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending Must have ability to grow quality portfolio with annual performance goals Promote Retail/Cash Management products to new and existing relationships Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks Must be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing Preferred Qualifications 5-10 years commercial lending experience Physical Requirements Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds BancFirst is committed to investing in the future of Oklahoma communities.
