Job Description

Job Description

Want to practice general veterinary medicine while exploring a more individualized approach to patient care?

This opportunity in north-central Connecticut could be a great fit for a veterinarian who values thoughtful treatment planning, strong client relationships, and a team that supports continued learning. The practice combines traditional small animal medicine with integrative care, offering an environment where you can build your clinical skills while helping pets achieve better long-term wellness.

Whether you're a recent graduate looking for guidance or an experienced DVM ready for a fresh professional chapter, there's room to develop your interests here.

What You'll Find Here

• Guidance at your career stage: Mentorship and professional development are available, whether you're building your confidence or expanding your clinical experience.
• A broader approach to patient care: Explore integrative treatment options alongside conventional veterinary medicine.
• More individualized treatment planning: Focus on each patient's needs rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all approach.
• Stronger client connections: Help pet owners understand their options and make informed decisions about their animals' health.
• Support for your life outside work: Flexible scheduling is available.
• A package that supports your next move: Sign-on incentives and relocation assistance are offered.

What You'll Be Doing
