Event Assistant

Description We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Assistant to join Pixel Pop Biz, a leading marketing and advertising company based in New Orleans. As an Event Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events and marketing campaigns. This position is vital to ensuring the success of our events and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual equipment. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts and themes. Manage event registration and guest lists. Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Assist in creating post-event reports and analysis. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of event materials. Conduct research to identify new event opportunities and industry trends. Assist in social media promotion and marketing collateral development for events. Requirements: Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software.
