Introduction We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Event Assistant to help coordinate event activities and deliver positive experiences for attendees. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing practical details, and contributing to a team in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown. Help organize event materials, supplies, schedules, and designated areas. Welcome attendees and provide general event information. Support registration, attendee guidance, and scheduled activities. Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Maintain organized and professional event spaces. Respond to routine attendee questions and communicate additional needs to the appropriate team members. Assist with gathering feedback to improve future events. Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills. Friendly, professional, and adaptable attitude. Ability to follow instructions and manage assigned responsibilities. Good attention to detail and time-management skills. Comfortable working with people in a fast-paced environment.
