Benefits: 401(k) Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off About the Role: Tristate Arthritis & Rheumatology is looking for a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dedicated team in Crestview Hills, KY on or after January 4, 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients managing arthritis and complex rheumatologic conditions. Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and gout Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising rheumatologists Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs, imaging, and joint aspirations Prescribe and monitor medications including DMARDs, biologics, and corticosteroids Conduct follow-up appointments to assess treatment efficacy and adjust care plans accordingly Educate patients and families on disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system Requirements: Current NP or PA licensure in the state of Kentucky (or eligibility to obtain). New Graduates encouraged to apply! Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program National board certification as an NP (FNP, AGNP) or PA-C Prior experience in rheumatology, internal medicine, or a related specialty preferred, but not required.
