General Liability Litigation Attorneys

Overview Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has excellent opportunities for experienced General Liability Litigation Attorneys in its Walnut Creek office. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience, but we welcome all experience levels to apply. While this role is listed under our General Liability group, we encourage candidates with interests in other practice areas to apply as well. Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds, proven skills in research, and be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Experience briefing and arguing motions, taking, and defending depositions, and leading written discovery efforts is required. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California. Our current national base salary ranges are: Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000; Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+. Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
