Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall executive administrative leadership and direction for the skilled nursing / long-term care facility.

• Ensure operations meet all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements and quality care standards.

• Collaborate closely with department directors, clinical staff, and management to maintain optimal care and census management.

• Oversee administrative operations, facility staff management, and post-acute care quality standards.

Requirements

• Licensure: Active Minnesota Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) License (Required at submission).

• Experience: Minimum 1+ years of Nursing Home Administrator / LTC Management experience.

• Certifications: Active BLS Certification .

• Skills: Strong knowledge of state/federal long-term care regulations, survey preparedness, and operational leadership.
