A-Level Diesel Technician (Light Duty) – Air Conditioned Shop Jonesboro, AR $55 - $60/HR Flat Rate (Based on Experience) Monday–Friday | No Weekends Turn Hours. Make Money. Work with a Team That Gets It. We’re a long-established, high-volume diesel and automotive shop in Jonesboro looking to add TWO A-Level Diesel Technicians to our team. If you’re experienced with Cummins, Power Stroke, and Duramax , and want a shop where there’s plenty of work and no shortage of hours to turn , this is the opportunity for you. What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair light-duty diesel vehicles (Cummins, Power Stroke, Duramax) Perform advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, and system troubleshooting) Handle A/C, general repairs, and complex problem-solving Work closely with a team that values efficiency, accuracy, and quality work What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Diesel Technician Strong experience with light-duty diesel trucks Advanced diagnostic ability (especially electrical ) Solid understanding of vehicle systems and theory Self-motivated, dependable, and efficient Certifications are a plus—but real skill is what matters Also open to top automotive technicians who are motivated to learn and grow into diesel Compensation $55–$60/HR Flat Rate (based on experience) TONS OF HOURS AVAILABLE – high car count, strong workflow Benefits Medical Insurance Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Professional, well-run shop Strong, team-oriented culture Air Conditioned Shop No weekends – enjoy your time off Why Join Us?
