Office Manager Full-Time Canyon Lake, TX Job Summary We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive, efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will manage administrative functions, coordinate office activities, support staff, and maintain a positive office environment. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative procedures. Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events. Maintain office records, files, and documentation. Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing. Support onboarding and administrative aspects of employee management. Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and visitors. Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures. Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 2–5 years of office administration or office management experience. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
