Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

****SIGN ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME SHIFTS!**** $5,000

****$2,500 SOB for Part-Time Shifts!****

Pay: up to $51.65/hr. NEW, HIGHER WAGES!!

Are you looking for a new opportunity to join a high performing team? We are currently seeking talented and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our caring team. You must bring with you the desire to be a team member focused on providing personalized care, innovative suggestions, and participation on an interdisciplinary care team for our patients and residents.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Consult and coordinate with interdisciplinary care team, which includes medical providers and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized patient and resident plans of care.
• Participate in completing baseline and periodic assessments of individualized care needs to ensure the most appropriate care needs are met for each patient and resident.
• Participate in resident care, to include accurately and safely administering medications that are ordered by our medical providers, and monitoring to ensure efficacy of medications provided.
• Provide nursing services to short term patients and long-term residents within scope of practice, organizational policies, and professional standards of care.

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Current license from state
• Current/active CPR certification, preferred.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
• Able to stand and/or walk for more than four (4) hours per day.
