Business Development Representative

To drive company growth, the full-time remote Business Development Representative will identify and qualify high-potential opportunities through strategic outreach, build a robust sales pipeline, and engage decision-makers to secure discovery meetings. Key Responsibilities: Execute a high volume of strategic outreach through cold calling, emailing, and social prospecting to generate qualified sales opportunities Research and build target account lists within the ideal customer profile to fuel a consistent, self-sourced pipeline Maintain a deep understanding of the product suite and service offerings to effectively communicate tailored value propositions Required Qualifications: Proven track record of success in an outbound sales or lead generation role, preferably within the SaaS or professional services industry Demonstrated ability to engage senior-level decision-makers and navigate complex organizational structures High level of proficiency with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and sales engagement tools like Salesloft or Outreach Strong self-motivation and a disciplined approach to hitting high-activity metrics on a daily basis Familiarity with the regulatory compliance landscape or legal services industry
