Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor is looking for a motivated Automotive Lot Attendant to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the world's most prestigious luxury automotive brands while gaining hands-on dealership experience.

What You'll Do

• Maintain an organized, clean, and professional vehicle display throughout the dealership lot.

• Move, park, and stage vehicles for sales, service, and customer delivery.

• Assist with vehicle deliveries and transfers to various locations as needed.

• Check and maintain fuel levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle presentation.

• Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery, ensuring they meet Mercedes-Benz standards.

• Assist with washing and detailing vehicles as needed.

• Monitor lot conditions and report vehicle damage or facility maintenance concerns to management.

• Support the sales and service teams with vehicle retrieval and lot organization.

• Perform additional duties to help maintain a smooth dealership operation.

What You'll Bring

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles; manual transmission experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain active throughout the day.

Total Rewards

This is a hourly position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes an hourly rate at $15 - $17/hour

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
