What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and provide a professional, positive service experience.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate shop workflow.
• Create and communicate repair estimates.
• Explain repair recommendations and maintenance needs in customer-friendly language.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process.
• Open, manage, and close repair orders accurately.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient job completion.
• Monitor work progress and update customers on repair status.
• Process invoices and collect payments.
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Help keep daily shop operations organized and running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

• Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Customer Service Representative, or similar role. Diesel, truck, automotive, agricultural equipment, or mechanical industry experience is a plus. Experience working in a repair shop environment preferred.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organization and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using computers, service software, and digital communication tools. Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Professional attitude and positive team mindset. Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
