Digital Marketing Specialist

We're a small digital marketing agency looking to expand our team. This is an entry-level position and we7re looking for strong work ethic over experience. Our main focus is getting our clients measurable results they can plainly see. We7re growing fast and want people who want to grow with us. Who You Are You7re a good fit for this role if you7re a fast learner and good problem solver. You don7t mind asking for help, but can figure out most things on your own. You pay close attention to details and catch small mistakes before they reach a client. You care about producing high-quality work. Lastly, you7re eager to learn. Responsibilities Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads management under supervision Handle SEO tasks under supervision Help with WordPress work, primarily using Elementor, under supervision Work with the team on creative, landing pages, tracking, and related tasks Onboard new clients Meet with prospective clients interested in using our services Prepare reports and keep logs of everything Help keep projects on schedule through consistent organization Qualifications Some experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, or basic web design Strong communication skills, since the role will involve client-facing work Ability to learn quickly and problem solve High attention to detail (Very important) Agency experience is a plus, but not required Salary & Benefits Benefits are available after an initial 90-day period.
