Who we are

Dentist-founded and owner-operated — five offices across Western New York, proudly local, not a DSO. We’re fully digital with state-of-the-art 3D imaging and AI-assisted diagnostics, in-house implant and surgical capability that’s rare in WNY, and a team with real personality. High standards, zero stuffiness.

• Significant focus on implants and surgical procedures — full-scope cases, all stages handled in-house
• State-of-the-art 3D imaging and a fully digital workflow throughout the office
• Hygienists who back you and who you back — periodontal care done properly, real co-diagnosis
• A team that supports your clinical decisions, lab choices, and treatment planning
• Mentorship, fellowship support, and the kind of growth conversations a five-location owner-operator can actually have

✅ What we’re looking for

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active New York State dental license in good standing (or eligible for licensure if relocating)
• A dentist who treats patients like guests, the team like professionals, and the practice like it’s their own
• A strong communicator, willing to lead clinically

Compensation & benefits

• $160,000–$350,000 annual compensation — a daily guarantee during ramp-up, then a percentage of collections that scales with your production

• Generous continuing-education allowance, plus fellowship and mentorship programs
• A real, proven path to partnership — we’ve done it once and intend to do it again
