Position Summary Resting at 7,000 feet and surrounded by the San Francisco Peaks, the scenic city of Flagstaff remains an important distribution site for large manufacturers like Nestlé Purina. Just a stone's throw from downtown, where the city's culture comes to life, we get to experience the best of both worlds: the city and the mountains. Annually, the Nestlé Purina team in Flagstaff proudly mass manufactures 280,000 tons of dry pet food from our Dog Chow®,Beneful®, Nestlé Purina ONE®, Alpo®, and Pro Plan® brands. Our factory is also proud to do our part to care for the environment, like conserving water, investing in renewable electricity and maintaining zero waste for disposal. As the Logistics Coordinator, you’ll managethe daily dock schedule and yard inventory.Through your work with various leaders, you’ll helpto ensure timely and accurate loading of outbound product, as well as providing loading information and completing paperwork. Prioritize and distribute orders to case pickers and loaders Rankfinish up loads and make product cuts if necessary Print BOLs and check out carriers Perform month, quarter,and year-end close Support forklift operators with product availability and inventory maintenance requests Coordinate inbound carriers with guards and coordinate dock door PM with maintenance Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent 1+ years of clerical/clerk experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, military, or related environment Nestlé offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with Company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
