Location: Sumner, WA
Job Type: Open-Ended Temporary Assignment
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00/Hr.

Position Overview

Simply Great Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking Project Workers / Warehouse Associates for an open-ended temporary assignment in Sumner, WA. This position involves reworking products, rebuilding pallets, repackaging materials, and ensuring all products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds consistently, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Dependability and excellent attendance are critical, as this role supports ongoing warehouse operations and customer commitments.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Rework, sort, and repackage various products according to customer specifications.
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and damage.
• Manipulate packages, cartons, and materials throughout the rework area.
• Rebuild and reconstruct pallets to meet shipping and storage requirements.
• Hand-stack, move, and organize products safely and efficiently.
• Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product organization.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Meet productivity and quality expectations while working in a fast-paced setting.
• Assist with additional warehouse projects and duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, manufacturing, general labor, or project work experience preferred.
• Ability to consistently lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Team-oriented attitude with a positive work ethic.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.
• Must have a proven track record of dependable attendance and reliability.
• Ability to work a consistent schedule and report to work as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Bend, twist, reach, squat, and perform repetitive movements regularly.
• Ability to work on your feet for the majority of the workday.
• Perform physical warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.
