Nestled in the vibrant city of Boston, Birdies and Beans Cafe is a haven for those who appreciate the perfect blend of golf and coffee. Our cozy cafe provides a relaxing space to savor delicious beverages while discussing your latest round or planning your next tee time.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Job Requirements

Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods
Ability to operate coffee equipment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
