As a member of our team at THesis Hotel Miami, you'll work in a dynamic and supportive setting, surrounded by the lively energy and cultural richness of Miami. What You'll Do:

1. Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
2. Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
3. Manage reservations, answer guest inquiries, and address complaints promptly.
4. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
5. Provide accurate information about the hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities.
6. Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
7. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
8. Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly, safe work environment.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
• A valid driver's license with no major infractions for 6 months
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems when they arise.
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must.
• Pleasant and helpful personality.
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and going back and forth to the valet lot and different areas of the hotel.
• A strong desire to make an impact on other people
• An outgoing and engaging personality
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
