Cloud Platform Lead

Overview

The Cloud Platform Lead supports the United States Space Force (USSF) for the Ground-Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) program to establish, implement, and facilitate a common Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) platform.

Responsibilities

• Secure digital environment operations; user/access management; workflow configuration; repository management; vendor data separation; collaboration platform administration; tool governance; environment onboarding; CUI handling;
• Use AWS/Azure or DoD cloud to secure configuration; conduct automation/scripting; monitor; perform vulnerability scanning; conduct backup/recovery; identify CI/CD concepts; perform infrastructure documentation; system hardening; STIG awareness; Provide incident support and maintain platform reliability.
• Support IDE reliability, automation, monitoring, backup/recovery planning, secure configuration, vulnerability management, and technical support for platform operations. Conduct continuous validation to accommodate GBRD Awardees; perform monthly program reviews with GBRD Awardees.
• Collect and formalize the MOSA standard as it pertains to GBRD architecture and develop MOSA Compliance Evaluation Criteria to grade radar designs
• Assess models against governance standards.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or related technical discipline. Equivalent experience may substitute.
• 6+ years cloud/platform/DevSecOps experience; 3+ years secure cloud, automation, monitoring, vulnerability management, configuration management, or CI/CD
• Secret Clearance
