Vascular Surgeon
AAS Healthcare Staffing
A thriving regional healthcare system northwest of Denver is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Vascular Surgeon to lead and build a growing vascular surgery program. This unique opportunity allows a physician to shape a service line from the ground up, balancing elective and acute care services. The role offers the support of an established hospital system and a collaborative surgical team, focusing on expanding access to high-quality vascular care.

Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient clinic services
- Perform vascular procedures
- Participate in call coverage
- Work closely with hospital leadership to drive program growth and quality initiatives
Compensation
- Guaranteed base salary at the 2026 MGMA Median: $625,000
- Additional earning potential through productivity incentives
- Quality-based incentive opportunities
- Program development and leadership incentives

Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
- Eligible for Colorado medical licensure
- Strong interest in program development and clinical leadership
- Experience with both open and endovascular procedures preferred
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
