Join Our Dynamic Inpatient Rehab Team Job Description: - Position: RN Inpatient Rehab - Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Unit Overview: - Number of Beds: 35 - Patient Ratios: 5-7:1 - Tech Availability: 2-4 techs per census - Documentation System: Meditech Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including: - Nurses - Physical Therapists - Occupational Therapists - Speech Therapists - Physiatrists - Physician Assistants - Neuropsychologists - Engage in patient-centered care to enhance functional improvement and independence. - Perform essential procedures such as: - Medication administration (IVs, PICC, PEG tube) - Bladder scans and Trach care - Tube feeding and Foley catheter insertion - Bladder irrigation and blood administration Requirements: - Must Have: - Rehab experience - BLS certification - Valid Virginia RN License - Preferred: - Med Surg experience - Advanced skills (not required) Scheduling: - 12-hour shifts - Every other weekend commitment - Potential floating to other Med Surg departments Dress Code: - Navy blue or white solid scrubs Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
