Per diem Available for Board Certified Maternal‑Fetal Medicine Physicians in Bellevue, WA – Apply Today! Responsibilities Monday – Friday clinic coverage on site: 9 hours Epic and Viewpoint used Consults and US reads 1 week of coverage a month Qualifications Board certified Active WA license or eligible for a WA license Ability to offer ongoing availability Minimum of 1 year clinical experience post fellowship Compensation Pay Range: Starting $3000 per clinic day Benefits Health Insurance: Pediatrix does not offer health insurance for team members in a per diem role. Paid Sick Leave: Pediatrix provides paid sick leave to team members in Washington under Initiative 1433. Team members who do not accrue PTO are eligible to receive Washington Paid Sick and Safe Leave (PSSL) time in a lump sum. Team members accrue one hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked. Accrual begins upon hire but cannot be used until the 90th day of employment. No annual cap; up to 108 hours can be carried over next year. NOTE: Company will not pay for unused sick leave upon termination of employment. Employment type W-2 position. Pediatrix covers round‑trip travel expenses for those traveling from outside a local commute and reimburses licensing costs associated with applying for a W–A license.
