Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Village at Marymount in Garfield Heights, Ohio. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and progress of patients
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote positive patient outcomes and safety
