Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to individuals and families throughout their lifespan, from children to seniors.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possession of (or eligibility for) an active Arizona medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
