As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you’ll find purpose in helping others live fuller, more independent lives by:

  • Providing compassionate personal care and daily living support
  • Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Supporting individuals with personal hygiene needs
  • Administering medications as directed by medical professionals
  • Attending community outings and events to encourage involvement and connection
  • Understanding and following each individual’s unique support plans and needs
