Psychiatry (Child or Adult) Location: Manitowoc, Wisconsin •Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care for either child/adolescent or adult patients, depending on training and specialty. •Join a well-established, multidisciplinary behavioral health team committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered mental health services. •Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of psychiatric conditions through comprehensive psychiatric assessments and ongoing medication management. •Collaborate closely with a team consisting of Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and experienced psychotherapists to provide integrated behavioral healthcare. •Behavioral health services include outpatient mental health care, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (AODA) treatment services. •Maintain an average patient volume of approximately 18 patients per day in a structured outpatient clinic setting. •Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with no routine weekend clinic responsibilities, supporting an excellent work-life balance. •Participate in a shared phone-only call schedule, averaging 2–3 days per month. •Practice within a collaborative, supportive healthcare system that emphasizes evidence-based treatment, multidisciplinary teamwork, and continuity of care. •Utilize a patient-centered approach to develop individualized treatment plans that promote long-term mental wellness and recovery. •Competitive compensation package including a generous sign-on bonus, paid time off, continuing medical education (CME), and comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits. •Additional benefits include short- and long-term disability coverage, malpractice insurance with paid tail coverage, reimbursement for licensing and board fees, and retirement plans with employer contributions. •H-1B visa sponsorship is available, with support for beginning the green card process after employment. •Eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. •Opportunity to live and work in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, a welcoming Lake Michigan community offering an affordable cost of living, excellent schools, outdoor recreation, and a high quality of life.
