Administrative Support Specialist

Administrative Support Specialist

Perform duties such as:

  • Word processing, filing, faxing
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating conferences
  • Financial record keeping
  • Obtaining supplies

Build and maintain reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint

Pull and review data reports to:

  • Identify outliers, trends, and gaps
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders

Create reports and presentations for:

  • Departmental managers
  • Directors
  • Executive leadership

Support leadership decision-making by delivering clear, data-driven insights

Prepare presentations on a weekly basis

2+ years of experience in administrative, analysis, and/or resourcing roles

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to create or improve processes

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excel (Intermediate to Advanced):

  • Creating pivot tables
  • Using basic formulas (sum, average, etc.)
  • Analyzing and interpreting data sets

PowerPoint (Intermediate to Advanced):

  • Creating clean, professional, easy-to-follow presentations
  • Integrating data from multiple sources
  • Following required branding standards

Microsoft Office Suite

Advanced knowledge of data analysis practices and associated tools

Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
