Principal Product Manager, Lead GenerationThis role is based in San Francisco or Sunnyvale or New YorkAt LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.We are looking for a self-driven and passionate Principal Product Manager to drive development of our lead generation advertising products, including form experience, messaging and post-click conversion offerings across our core app and campaign manager experiences. This role is expected to own strategy and deliver member and customer value through simple experiences that meet the needs of the JTBDs of demand gen marketers. This role requires someone to work closely with other LinkedIn LOBs (e.g. Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, Sales Solutions, Consumer Product) and various cross-functional partners (e.g. data science, design, engineering, marketing, BD) to deliver the best end-solution based on different ways B2B marketers can get value from the LinkedIn platform.ResponsibilitiesBuild user experiences that are valuable, simple and intuitive and seamlessly integrate into LinkedIn's member and company-focused products and services and 3P products and platformsPartner closely with our LoBs to help enable advertising-based outcomesMake data-driven decisions on how best to solve member and customer challenges by pulling and analyzing data from multiple sourcesDrive product strategy, planning, and detailed product requirements to solve these problems and create value for customersGenerate buy-in and excitement with key stakeholders and executives across LinkedInContribute toward a team culture focused on high velocity decision making, deep care, and learningDefine product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide and measure the success of initiatives and rampsQualificationsBS degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience.7+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent rolePreferred QualificationsExperience leading advertising product and technology integrations, specifically focused on Formats, Lead Generation and ABMExperience building b2b products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launchExperience in UX design and experimentationFamiliar with interaction patterns across forms, chat, messaging and app based productsFamiliar with ads buying technology from LinkedIn and others (e.g. Meta, Google).Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesSuggested SkillsAdvertising ProductCross-functional Leadership & InfluenceAdvertising Technology IntegrationsData-driven Decision MakingExperimentation & A/B testingAI prototypingThe pay range for this role is $187,000 to $305,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
