Opportunity Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Technician to support Nextest internal systems across all product lines. This role provides hands-on support for test systems, troubleshooting, and sustaining high-performance standards for engineering and NPI pilot-line operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while partnering across engineering, production, IT, and external vendors to keep systems running at peak performance. Provide technical support for Nextest internal test systems and testcells across all product lines. Support remote engineers by providing internal test system assistance and issue resolution. Conduct routine maintenance, upgrades, and calibration of test systems to ensure optimal performance. Maintain lab equipment and ensure proper functionality of critical hardware. Identify and resolve hardware and software issues in test systems using logs and performance data. Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams to support system integration and functionality. Liaise with vendors and external partners as needed to resolve technical issues. Maintain detailed technical records and update documentation to support knowledge transfer and continuity. Adhere to and help enforce ESD safety practices to protect sensitive equipment. This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location. Incentive Plan: This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
