Encompass Health seeks a professional Receptionist to support our Administration & Clerical team in a busy inpatient rehabilitation setting. As the first point of contact, you will warmly greet patients and visitors, manage a multi-line phone system, schedule and confirm appointments, verify basic patient information, and maintain accurate records in our electronic systems. You’ll collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient flow, protect confidential information, and reflect our culture of compassionate, high-quality patient care every day.
