Sales & Marketing Analyst

Pay Range: $60K-$70K | Eligible for 10% annual target bonus Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday Required: Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of professional experience (including internships or co-op experience) in business operations, sales operations, marketing analytics, or revenue operations Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Required Qualifications 1+ year of professional experience (including internships or co-op experience) in business operations , sales operations , marketing analytics , revenue operations , or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions Experience working with CRM platforms , customer data systems, marketing tools, or sales technologies Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including pivot tables, lookup functions, charting, conditional formatting, and data validation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools Responsibilities Build, maintain, and optimize sales dashboards , performance reports, and KPI tracking tools Conduct sales territory analysis , identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps Analyze sales activity, deal approvals, and pipeline data to support strategic decision-making Respond to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from cross-functional teams Analyze marketing campaign performance , audience segmentation, and lead generation metrics Measure and report on marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that support business growth objectives Monitor and maintain data integrity across CRM, marketing automation, and reporting systems Troubleshoot reporting and data issues while supporting system integrations and workflows Create and update documentation, training materials, and reporting processes to improve scalability and adoption Assist with operational and strategic projects as needed Apply Today If you're passionate about leveraging data to improve business performance and are looking to build a career in sales analytics , marketing operations , or business operations , we encourage you to apply today.
