Registered Behavioral Technician
Job Summary:
Achievers ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician to join our exceptional team of professionals. As a Registered Behavioral Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized ABA therapy to children with autism ages 2-18, in-home settings throughout Northwest Indiana, Hammond, Michigan City, and the greater Indiana region. Responsibilities:
Work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism
Implement and modify treatment plans based on client progress and feedback
Demonstrate clinical competence and adherence to established treatment protocols
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
