The Product Intelligence & Experimentation team supports Optum Financial's B2B digital products through experimentation, performance measurement, customer insights, and product intelligence capabilities. We partner closely with Product, Engineering, Experience Design, and business teams to help improve digital experiences and support data-driven decision making.As a Senior Product Manager, Product Performance Analysis, you will lead product performance measurement and analytics efforts across Optum Financial's B2B digital experiences. You will partner with stakeholders to define performance metrics, evaluate customer behavior, generate actionable insights, and support product teams with the information needed to make informed business and product decisions.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary Responsibilities: Define and maintain performance metrics for digital products and experiencesPartner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to support digital measurement and reporting needsAnalyze customer behavior and product usage trends to identify opportunities and risksDevelop dashboards, reporting, and insights that support product and business decision makingEstablish and maintain standards for digital measurement and performance reportingSupport experimentation and optimization efforts through measurement planning and results analysisCommunicate findings and recommendations to business and product stakeholdersPrioritize and manage a roadmap of product performance analysis initiativesYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, Digital Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related fieldExperience working with digital product metrics, reporting, and performance measurementExperience using data to support business and product decisionsExperience working cross-functionally with Product, Technology, and business stakeholdersProven solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications: Experience supporting B2B digital products or platformsExperience with digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Pendo, or similar toolsExperience with A/B testing, experimentation, or optimization programsExperience developing dashboards and performance reporting frameworksExperience in healthcare, financial services, or other regulated industries*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
