Operations Management Trainee

Overview Operations Management Trainee role in Walton Hills, OH. This program is fast-paced and cross-functional across Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental Management. The role aims to develop operations and fleet maintenance knowledge, with potential career progression within the organization. Location: Walton Hills, OH Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Salary: Paid weekly Relocation within the business unit at the conclusion of the training program is required. Work schedules may change as the trainee progresses in the program. Salary determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills, experience, and certifications. Essential Functions Responsible for customer relationship activities by providing quality customer interface, proactive management, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the rental department to maximize utilization without compromising lease customers. Partner with Sales staff on customer calls for new business and increased customer satisfaction. Manage running costs and maintenance overheads; ensure policy and processes are followed to optimize costs. Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure accurate PM scheduling and follow up, manage breakdowns and vehicle status updates; oversee technician work planning for efficiency and training. Additional Responsibilities Performs other duties as assigned.
