Position Summary
Meadow Falls Bath is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / Resident Assistants to support our residents with daily living while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life. This role is essential in creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Help with meal service, feeding assistance, and hydration
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and provide companionship
- Support activities and encourage resident engagement
- Follow care plans and facility policies
- Previous caregiver, STNA/CNA, or assisted living experience preferred (but not required—we will train!)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to assist with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Must pass background check and meet state requirements
