Job Description Represent business clients in litigation matters from initial pleadings through resolution. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other business transaction documents. Advise business owners on entity formation, governance, licensing, and operational legal matters. Manage pre-litigation disputes, demand letters, negotiations, and commercial conflicts. Appear in court, conduct hearings, negotiate settlements, and manage cases through completion. Build trusted client relationships while providing strategic legal guidance. Communicate effectively with clients regarding case strategy and progress. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service. Maintain organized case files and timely documentation. Participate in prospective client consultations and business development efforts. Qualifications Active Colorado Bar license. 4+ years of business/commercial litigation experience. Experience managing litigation matters from inception through resolution. Business transactional and contract drafting experience preferred. Strong legal writing, communication, and client counseling skills. Law firm experience required. No in-house or solo practitioner background.
