Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial close and reporting process
• Manage costing and inventory accounting activities
• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of internal controls
• Assist with audits and external communications
• Partner cross-functionally with operations and leadership teams
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Stable work history
• Preferred Qualifications
• SAP experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing or operational accounting environment
