The ideal candidate has experience working with young children, preferably those with autism spectrum disorder, and understands the importance of consistency, structure, and routine. This role involves providing attentive, hands‑on care for a sweet, nonverbal 5‑year‑old who communicates in his own unique ways and thrives with gentle guidance, clear communication, and proactive support. A nanny who is calm, observant, and able to anticipate transitions, redirect when needed, and help support emotional regulation will be the best fit. In addition to childcare, responsibilities include assisting with potty routines, bath and bedtime routines as needed, children's laundry (with the option to assist with family laundry), unloading the dishwasher, tidying play areas, taking out diaper pails, stocking children's supplies, and keeping parents informed when household essentials are running low. The family is looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, genuinely enjoys building long‑term relationships, and will become a valued part of their family.
