Job Description

Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising luxury ground-up multifamily construction projects.
Support the Project Manager in managing project budgets, schedules, and overall execution.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all project stages.
Maintain effective communication with clients to address project updates and concerns.
Assist in resolving any project-related issues promptly and effectively.
Contribute to the preparation of project documentation and closeout processes.

The Successful Applicant

2+ years experience
Experience with Ground Up Multifamily projects
Experience in construction management, specifically in luxury multifamily projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage project tasks and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
An understanding of construction safety and quality standards.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
