Responsibilities: Food Runner: * Collaborate closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of dishes to guests. * Verify the accuracy of orders and presentation before serving. * Maintain a strong knowledge of our menu items to answer guest inquiries. * Foster a seamless communication flow between the kitchen and front-of-house staff. * Contribute to the overall positive dining experience for our guests. Busser: * Clear and reset tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and organized dining area. * Assist servers in delivering a smooth dining experience by promptly removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils. * Refill water glasses and assist in any additional tasks that contribute to guest satisfaction. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room, including floors and furniture. * Collaborate with team members to ensure the restaurant is well-prepared for each service. Requirements: * Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and inviting dining area. * Enthusiasm for providing exceptional guest experiences. * Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
