We are recruiting for the following position:Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization**Medical Assistant Supervisor**The Medical Assistant Supervisor is a clinical leadership role responsible for supervising and supporting medical assistants and related care team staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Working closely with the Nurse Manager, this role oversees daily clinic operations, patient flow, clinical quality measures, staff performance, and customer service standards.**Key Responsibilities:*** Supervise, train, and evaluate medical assistants and clinical support staff* Ensure clinical quality measures, infection control, and regulatory standards are met* Support patient flow and provider productivity (18–21 patients per provider/day)* Manage staffing schedules, huddles, referrals, phone messages, and patient grievances* Assist with clinical care, procedures, injections, and patient assessments as needed* Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and support quality improvement efforts* Promote excellent customer service using the AIDET model**Qualifications:*** Active **MA-C** license or **LPN** license in Washington State* Minimum **2 years ambulatory care experience**; supervisory experience required* Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills* BLS/CPR required (or within 90 days of hire)Fast-paced outpatient setting.
