Responsibilities Inspect products for temperature (if perishable), shortages, overages, and damages. Use basic mathematical operations and organization skills to manage back‑room storage. Handle all functions and paperwork related to receiving duties. Work independently while maintaining effective communication with the store team and third‑party vendors. Thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications 18 years of age; high school diploma or GED; 1‑2 years of receiving experience or a combination of education and experience. Dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members and leadership. Inspect all products for temperature, shortages, overages, damage, and quality. Knowledgeable in retail receiving, perform simple math operations, and have basic computer skills. Move/transferring products weighing up to 60 lbs. without mechanical assistance; transfer product weighing up to 1,000 lbs. with a pallet jack, requiring up to 1000 lbs. of force over 15 feet. Vision required for reviewing invoices and monitoring incoming product. Maintain courteous relationships with drivers and vendors. Follow Sprouts standards for receiving practices, health and sanitation procedures, and safe work practices. Work varied hours/days as business dictates. Pay Range The pay range for this position is $19.50 – $29.15 per hour. Sprouts Farmers Market determines pay based on applicable experience and qualifications. Benefits Competitive pay.
