Commercial Project Manager

Project Manager – Commercial Flooring Drexel Interiors is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to join our Commercial Flooring Department. This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday. Drexel Interiors is a family‑owned and operated company with nearly 50 years of experience serving Indianapolis. We take pride in delivering quality workmanship, strong customer service, and lasting relationships with our clients and team members. The Project Manager will oversee assigned projects from pre‑construction through final sign‑off. This role requires close coordination with field teams, installers, vendors, and customer representatives to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard of quality. Responsibilities Manage assigned commercial flooring projects from pre‑construction through final sign‑off. Coordinate with field teams, installers, vendors, and customer representatives. Monitor project progress, schedules, materials, and deadlines. Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and customer expectations. Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Track project details with a strong focus on accuracy and organization. Help resolve issues, delays, or changes as they arise. Qualifications Strong attention to detail. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required. Previous experience in construction or flooring installation preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
