The world can’t wait.You Have:3+ years of experience building scalable ETL or ELT pipelines for reporting and analytics, using Azure Synapse Analytics or Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks3+ years of experience with direct development using Azure services such as Azure Synapse Analytics or Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure Key Vault, ADLS Gen2, and Azure DatabricksExperience building and maintaining resilient ingestion pipelines from various sources, including REST APIs, databases, event streams, and SaaS platforms such as Genesys and SalesForceExperience with data modelingExperience designing and implementing scalable Lakehouse architectures in Synapse and Azure Databricks following medallion architecture patternsExperience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to data engineering standards and best practicesKnowledge of monitoring and alerting tools such as Azure Monitor or DynatraceAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirementsBachelor’s degreeNice If You Have:Experience with Python, PySpark, and SQL, including T-SQL and Spark SQLExperience building automated testing frameworks that can beusedtoproactively catch data issuesExperience with Cloud-based testing tools, including Collibra's Data QualityExperience with distributed data or computing tools, including Apache Spark and Azure DatabricksExperience writing data quality checks for large data sets using custom scripts in either Azure Synapse or Azure DatabricksExperience with observability and pipeline monitoringExperience working on real-time data and streaming applicationsExperience championing CI/CD practices for data pipelines deployments using Azure DevOps or GitHub ActionsKnowledge of best testing practices and patterns in a Cloud environmentAbility to integrate testing protocols intomonitoringapplications, including Dynatrace or SplunkVetting:Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
