The Maintenance Tech plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of various equipment and systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and guest room fixtures. Working primarily within a small team, this role involves a blend of hands-on equipment repair, preventive maintenance, and compliance monitoring to maintain facility standards. Occasional on-call duties are required to address emergency situations promptly, contributing to a safe and functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repair across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and guest room systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment life
• Carry out safety checks and compliance monitoring
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions efficiently
• Install new equipment and ensure proper operation
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and incidents
• Respond to occasional on-call or emergency maintenance needs

Required Qualifications

• A year of experience in maintenance roles (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with electrical systems, mechanical repairs, and plumbing
• Strong understanding of safety compliance requirements
